Run Faster Techniques Speed Drills and Principles Skylar Schroeder
Skylar was a much slower and skinnier version of himself now a year and a half ago. He had decent speed at a high school level when he first started. He ran a fully electronic 5.24 second 40 yard dash. Flash forward a year and a half later and Skylar has solid collegiate level acceleration by recording a 4.74 second 40. He gained 30 lbs. of muscle, and put 8 inches on his vertical jump as well. He was relentless and stuck with the program week in and week out and achieved fantastic results!

Why should I listen to you or even consider buying your book?
  • Do you want to get faster?
  • Do you want your athletes to get faster if you are a coach?
  • Do you want an edge against your competition?
  • Are there still lingering questions you have about speed training (i.e. should I stretch a lot, should I lift heavy weights, program design issue, proper technique, nutrition, fat loss, muscle building, conditioning, etc.)?
  • Do you want to include more variation and or intensity into your current training system?
  • Have you or your athletes strained their hamstrings before and want to learn how to fix it permanently?
  • Would you want to learn from a system that has been endorsed by several NBA, NFL, MLB, top notch collegiate strength and conditioning coaches, and other industry experts?
  • Would you like to also improve your first step explosiveness, start, acceleration, deceleration, quickness, vertical jump height, and overall athletic ability?
  • Would you like to make specific sport skill learning easier through better power, coordination, and strength development?
  • Do you want to be your absolute best?
If you answered yes to one or more of the questions listed above, then this book will show you exactly how to get the results you want. It has worked for so many before and it will work for you, or your money back.

If you have come this far then you might be in search of learning how to become faster. With all of the conflicting research, techniques, and methods that always promise results, it becomes difficult too decipher who is telling the truth and who is being deceitful. With this can come a lot of frustration and confusion on how to take the next step. Trust me, whether you are reading this in an effort to develop speed in another, or for yourself, or trying a speed program for the first time, or if you have tried several other approaches in the past with lackluster results, I know exactly how you feel. These situations drove me to start a personal quest of vigorous and relentless research to find answers for developing speed approximately a decade ago.

Secret Techniques to Run Faster

What kind of gains can I expect?...

Past and current data indicates that nearly 2 dozen athletes utilizing this system have cut 3 to 5 tenths off of their 40 or 60 yard dash within 6 months using a Fully Electronic Timing System. This is the average. Some gain more and some less. There are simply too many variables out of my control that effect how we adapt to exercise such as; recovery and regeneration, sleep quality, stress, gender, age, nutrition, experience, motivation and focus, program complicance and effort, genetics, consistency, and more.  However, no one single person to date has failed to make gains using this program, regardless of ability and skill level.

Why do 95% of conventional acceleration and speed programs fail?

I can count on one hand how many good well rounded speed programs that I've bought and seen on the market. The reason they fail is because they fail to realize that speed training is a total "Synergy," or collection of skill training, where one skill helps develop the other. The combination of them all create a greater effect than just one single skill alone. Whether its a lack of maximal strength training, specific speed training drills, abiding by speed principles, direct power training, a lack of proper nutrition, supplementation, recovery, sprinting too much or too little, poor technique, a lack of size which promotes power, too much body fat, poor program design, etc., something is always missing or not implemented correctly. This program makes sure that no single piece to the speed development puzzle is missing.

What the Pros say...

"After training with both the Cincinnati Bengals and University of Nevada strength staffs, and also Athletes Performance, which could arguably have the best athletic trainers in the country. I feel strongly that Travis has the knowledge and the ability to easily compare to all three. Within a few short weeks Travis improved my flexibility, improved my knowledge of both nutrition and recovery, and was a pleasure to work with. Its great to know that I’ve found a trainer for a long time to come."
